We will e-mail you when your order ships along with a UPS tracking number. You cannot track your order on our site. We are shipping in-stock orders within 2 "BUSINESS" days after your order is placed.

ORDERS CANNOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED ONCE THEY ARE PLACED - NO EXCEPTIONS.  You may return the merchandise for a refund; however, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO ITEM AVAILABILITY. ITEMS CAN AND WILL SELL OUT EVEN AFTER PLACING AN ORDER ON OUR SITE - YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IF THIS IS THE CASE. We ship via United Parcel Service. Delivery time depends on the package destination, but in general it takes 2-10 business days unless you choose a 'Special Shipping Method. We ship within the continental United States only. Hawaii and Alaska must use 2nd Day Air Shipping on "all" orders no matter the size.

We do "not" ship to Puerto Rico or Guam. WE DO NOT OFFER SATURDAY OR SUNDAY DELIVERY. We do not process orders on the weekend.

Our 45-Day Guarantee:If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly replace the item/s or, if you prefer, refund your purchase price.

Exchanges and Returns:
Item/s returned for exchange or refund within 45 days will receive our prompt attention. When returning merchandise, please include all original packaging and paperwork (or copy) you received with your order. Please be sure to insure your package and we recommend shipping via United Parcel Service because you can track the delivery status. Be sure to include a note with instructions. If it is an exchange and merchandise will be shipped back to you, we do charge a fee of $5.00 to help cover the return shipping (this covers "Ground" shipping ONLY).

Damages and Errors:
Call our toll-free number, 866-462-2737 and we will arrange for pick-up at our expense and promptly replace the merchandise, or if you prefer, give you a full refund. Be sure to include a note with instructions inside the package.

Cancellations and Changes:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. You may return the order for a refund (we will not refund the shipping and handling). If an incorrect address is given, our shipping department or UPS "may" catch the error or the package "may" be returned to us. Any address correction fees we incur will be charged back to you. If the package must be reshipped, our shipping and handling fees will be charged to you again. If the package is lost, we will charge you for the loss of merchandise.

Special Shipping Arrangements:
You must allow 1-5 full business days to process your order. If you choose a "Special Shipping Method," you must allow a FULL "business" day after placing the order for us to process the order before shipping (except for Championship orders). For Example, if you place your order on Wednesday for 2nd Day Air Delivery, your order will ship from our St. Louis warehouse on THURSDAY and your package will be delivered on MONDAY. Be assured, our warehouse is working around the clock to ensure the quickest turn-around of orders and timely delivery on a first come first serve basis. Your understanding and patience is appreciated.

Next Day Air Service is in ADDITIONAL "minimum" charge of $35.00 or the actual shipping rate depending on weight, size and distance of your package; 2nd Day Air is a "minimum" ADDITIONAL charge of $20.00 - 3rd Day Select is an ADDITIONAL $10.00 (this method is only recommended for our east and west coast customers). These fees are IN "ADDITION" to our normal shipping and handling rates (see above). We do not guarantee morning delivery. Also, we are not responsible for delivery carrier errors or delays. WE DO NOT OFFER WEEKEND SHIPPING OR DELIVERY. Next Day Air is the only service that is guaranteed (except for non-human control situations).

International Orders:
We do not accept international orders. We only accept orders from within the U
nited States. We do not ship to Puerto Rico or Guam at this time.

A fee of $20.00 will be charged for returned checks.
 Athletic Marketing and Promotions will be the name on your credit card statements.
